Following the amazing scenes on the 18th green of the Brabazon course at the Belfry in 2002 where Paul McGinley sunk the winning put to ensure the Ryder Cup stayed on this side of the atlantic, TaylorMade decided it was only fitting that they should produce a limited edition putter to mark this special occasion . Only 250 putters were produced and they are an exact replica of the Rossa Indy Tour as used by Paul McGinley at the 2002 Ryder Cup, however engraved on the sole is Paul McGinley’s signature and the date and location of the Ryder Cup. McGinley’s signature is also stitched on the headcover of the putter and the Rossa Indy Tour also comes in a commemorative box with silk lining.
The Rossa Indy Tour is forged from 1020 Carbon steel and Precision machined to exacting standards. A Tuscan nickel plating provides durability as well as enhanced cosmetic appeal and Two lightweight Titallium inserts – one in the face and the other in the back cavity – provide superior feel and response for optimum putting performance
